Setup:
You’ll shoot from five spots:
1. Left corner
2. Left wing
3. Top of the key
4. Right wing
5. Right corner
A timer is set for 5 minutes.
Rules:
1. At each spot, shoot:
•2 midrange shots
•3 three-pointers
•4 midrange shots
2. Count only makes. If you miss a shot, you have to repeat that shot type (e.g., if you miss one of the two midrange shots, you must make two midrange shots before progressing to threes).
3. After completing a spot, move to the next one immediately.
4. Continue cycling through the spots until the timer expires.
Scoring Challenge:
Your goal is to reach 45 total makes in 5 minutes.

Quick, efficient shooting form.
Staying mentally focused under time pressure.
Consistency in transitioning between midrange and three-point shots.

Rules:
1. At each spot, shoot:
3 shots per spot. Make or miss rotate to the next spot.
2. Count only makes.
3. Continue cycling through the spots until the timer expires or 10 makes from each spot are made.
Scoring Challenge:
Your goal is to reach 30 total makes in 3 minutes.
